Whole Wheat Pancakes


On weekends, fathers like to cook pancakes for their families. Forgo the box of pancake mix, and try this healthy alternative to white flour pancakes. You may gradually get them accustomed to wheat pancakes by using 1 cup white flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour instead of the two cups of wheat flour listed in the ingredients. Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
1 and 3/4 cups of milk
1/2 cup of vegetable oil

Steps:
1. Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl.
2. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
3. Cook on hot griddle at approximately 375 degrees or on the stove in a non-stick pan at medium high.
