Whole Wheat Pancakes

On weekends, fathers like to cook pancakes for their families. Forgo the box of pancake mix, and try this healthy alternative to white flour pancakes. You may gradually get them accustomed to wheat pancakes by using 1 cup white flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour instead of the two cups of wheat flour listed in the ingredients. This recipe was found on Recipezaar, posted by Narshmellow.

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
1 and 3/4 cups of milk
1/2 cup of vegetable oil

1. Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl.
2. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
3. Cook on hot griddle at approximately 375 degrees or on the stove in a non-stick pan at medium high.

Now that you are gradually changing your cooking and eating habits, it's easy to switch to satellite tv at and select the number of rooms, type of equipment, programming options and schedule your install to receive the Dish Network.
